Shipping Costs (Postage and Packaging) & Delivery Times

Postage and packaging costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing based on the following criteria: Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge. We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time. CricketBatsetc.co.uk will ship all orders received before 12 PM GMT the same day and all orders received after 12 PM GMT the next business day. CricketBatsetc.co.uk reserves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods.

Returns

In the event a carrier returns an item due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the customers bill and the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the customer, shipping back to CricketBatsetc.co.uk and any address correction fees. CricketBatsetc.co.uk will allow a 7 day return policy during which any recipient may return an item at their own expense, within 7 days of receiving it, if not completely satisfied. A refund of the actual cost of the item only will be honored.

Claims

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the items(s) being received. There will be NO exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, CricketBatsetc.co.uk will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction. Credits and/or refunds will be at the sole discretion of CricketBatsetc.co.uk and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be identified by the carrier. If the customer disposes of the item(s) before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue a refund. All claims must be issued in writing by email or fax. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

Order & Dispatch Process

Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from CricketBatsetc.co.uk, confirming receipt of order as well as order details. We will endeavour to dispatch orders via your chosen shipment method on the day of receipt of order (subject to the item being in stock). A confirmation email response will be sent by email to confirm that the item has been dispatched. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
